Fix committed - 23 Feb 2003. It took this long because I wasn't sure how to fix it until today.

The BNF on page 83 of ECMA-334 seems to provide for namespace-or-type-names that accumulate, separated by '.':

namespace-or-type-name:
identifier
namespace-or-type-name . identifier

When a class is contained in a nested namespace, the class cannot be accessed by its fully-qualified name. For example, StreamWriter cannot by resolved as System.IO.StreamWriter.
