I refactored the whole embedded video things, under the light
of new findings about association of a video instance with a video frame number.

Decoding was moved to the instance to avoid mixing state
of multiple instances with that of the definition, and
each instance will use the ratio (as if it was a morph)
to decide which frame to render.

The testcase won't be committed for now as Ming doesn't
currently let me distribute frames explicitly.
Was useful to have complex cases anyway.

Attached is a modified version of Video-EmbedSquareTest.swf
where the same definition is placed on stage twice.
Gnash chokes hard.
I'm sure it has to do with video_stream_def holding state, while
state should be in the instance, not definition.
