Fixed by last commit.

By using integer path, we should always store paths in TWIPS. This would avoid potential PIXELS/TWIPS mess-up in the core and make the code clearer.

Oh, btw, there's no accuracy lost I could think about with the integer path in TWIPS.

I noticed this. yes, it's a regression.

BTW, it doesn't mean the integer path is a bad idea. I just used it lazily when updating the code in agg renderer. This bug should be fixed later after I update the agg code again.
