Confirmed & fixed. Please check tm_file.cpp, lines 103 & 104 for correctness.

When restoring an autosaved document, the initial buffer is not marked as modified. An immediate save command (intended to saved the modifications done between the last manual save and the last autosave) will have no effect other than displaying a discrete error message in the footer.
