Confirm fix.

I committed a version using a separate thread for loading/parsing.
Please test.

Actually, I saw we parse 10 tags, not 1 each ::advance
in current head. Can't really remember the rationale for that
(Oops).
Someone easy with rebuilds could try bringing back to 1 tag per
chunk and see what the effects are on user interface (bwy?).
It's in libmedia/FLVParser.cpp FlvParser::parseNextChunk.

Yes, it's expected.
Basically we load one frame each ::advance and next video
and audio frame in advance.
The rotating circle represent a "buffering" state,
which is when buffer length < buffer time.
depending on input rate and fps rate this will happen
at regular intervals.

It will be fixed when we either augment core lib ticks
(earth beating) or do load-on-data-ready implementation
or load in a separate thread.

It's still to be decided which path we'll take.
Load-in-a-thread would conform with current model,
Load-on-data-ready is where I'd like to move toward.

I can confirm this with ffmpeg (gst is fine).

I cvs updated last night.

Now I find youtube videos still play/sound fine, but I get a 1 second pause with the rotating circles every 3 seconds throughout the whole stream.

Build line:

./configure --disable-nls --enable-gui=gtk --enable-renderer=agg --with-agg-incl=/home/nick/targz/agg-2.5/include --enable-media=ffmpeg --with-npapi-plugindir=/home/nick/.mozilla/plugins --with-ffmpeg-incl=/usr/local/include
