Assuming fixed. The configure warnings are at the end of output now, so missing CURL should be more obvious.

Install curl and curl headers, recompile, and it'll work.

I verified that I am using the gnash plugin my doing a make uninstall in the plugin directory.

I then reinstalled it.

The browser stdout does in fact have some errors when going to the site:

I am running amd64, maybe that could cause a problem?

In the browser stdout you should see something like this:

Checking player requests on fd 40
Normal read: GET :javascript:facets.graphLoaded();
(error:0)
Asked to get URL 'javascript:facets.graphLoaded();
' in target ''

Is gnash the only handler for flash files ?

I see a --with-npapi-plugindir=/lib/gnash configure option in
your original submission, is there where the plugin is installed ?
Can you remove it from there (make uninstall under plugin/ dir)
to check if it stops working ?

If it does, can you try starting firefox from a console
to check any output from the plugin itself ?

Yes. I did the make install and make plugin-install

about:config in firefox shows

Once compiled, did you also do 'make install' and 'make install-plugin'? As strk says, it won't work unless running as a browser plugin.

about:plugins in a Mozilla-based browser should list Gnash's version as "9,0,999,0" if the cvs version is installed.

I just downloaded and compiled the source the cvs source (using the hardy heron install instructions on this wiki)

It doesn't seem to be working for me. It just says "loading data..."

It should display a graph. It works on a different computer running flash.

I can continue to test as long on this computer as I plan to use it for testing purposes. Let me know if you need any other information or can suggest other things to try.

Works fine with current CVS (Object.watch was implemented)
Note: direct link won't work w/out a browser (needs javascript).
