committed a patch fixing this in both head and 0.8.2 branches.

The problem is in interpretation of the dragging bounds coordinate
space. Attached is a simplified testcase showing the problem.

It seems the problem is in fetchign boundary values for lock-centered and bounded dragging.
bottom/left/upper/right as variables have too low values,
they originate from a getProperty assigning to them.

The top-left slide has a light blue handle which disappears
when you click on it and never gets back. The slider remains
active so that value changes as you move the mouse in every
place of the stage.

The expected behaviour is for the handle to never disappear.
