There were duplicate entrys to grabbing </texthere> after '/' when it should only grab when structFlag == true. Fixed now.

Picked up the peices and found it was in XmlTextReader.cs:696

Since xmltextreader is moving too fast out of my intellectual capacities, I log this bug ...
