With GST it works, but it still failing with FFMPEG...
i'm using Fedora 14 with Gnash 0.8.9dev (master-19934-8100ed0)

I still get noise with avcodec version: 52.1.1 and gnash
bastiaan: which version ?
From the debug log it seems the sounds being played are MP3 and ADPCM
so Gabriele might be right that this is a duplicate of https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?21177

On my machine with 0.8.2 it stopped on "initializing sounds" after playing music. Repeated 2 times.
