Bad bug this one.
Basically, when you invoke a function with less
arguments then it's supposed to take, the additional named
arguments are NOT declared as locals, thus letting
references to those arguments from within the function
body access other variables in the scope stack.

Example:

a=1;
function changeFirstArg(a)
{
a=2;
}
changeFirstArg();
trace(a); // supposed to print 1, not 2
