The problem was indeed in jpeg loader, taking ownership of a tu_file (StreamAdapter for us) which was limited in input
to the JPEGTABLES tag, while in need to read completely different
tags to be expected subsequently.

strip.swf was another regression due to the same thing, with
bitmaps in first screen not showing up.

This is now fixed by NOT limiting the StreamAdapter input, which
reopens robustness issues (and seek-backs).
There are comments now in the code about how robustness issue
would better be handler.

The dancing girl isn't shown from the start anymore,
appears later, then occasionally disappears too.

Dunno since when.

Parser debugging prints these:

2348] 12:08:44: MALFORMED SWF: Error reading jpeg2 with headers for character id 1727: lack of data during JPEG header parsing
2348] 12:08:44: ERROR: empty jpeg source stream.

No idea if the girl is a jpeg or not though...
