Yes it plays at normal speed (If you press >>, but play)

Again should I report the broken playbutton as a new bug?

Seems saner now. Does something when clicking on the >> button.
Speed seems fine.

It doesn't quite work correctly, but is much better: no looping anymore. Click on ">>" and it starts playing normally. I think this was a super problem.

As suggested by strk in bug 21295, I open a new bug about movie not playing as exepected.

the movie is:
$ gnash http://www.autoprosoftware.co.uk/SchedulerTour.swf

Might be related to bug 21283, the same "shushhh" sound when repeating movie.
