Since movie_root::setRootMovie was changed to immediately execute actions queued by execution of frame0 tags our StartStopped gnashrc directive doesn't prevent the initial startup.

To fix this we should delegate the call to movie_root::setRootMovie to the Gui class itself (not Player) which could check it's own stop/play state before doing so.
