This can be handled with the "-q" option to ildasm.

Here I try and dump a class with a funky name
the names are not generated properly.

In this example , I assemble, and then dissamble a class :
INPUT to ilasm
.namespace '<private>'
{
.class '$$struct0x1233243232'
{

}
}
OUTPUT of ildasm (truncated)
.class private auto ansi '<private>'.$$struct0x1233243232 extends [mscorlib]System.Object
{
}

the error from ilasm is
parse error, unexpected ".identifier", expecting '{'
