Works perfectly!

Just one thing, whenever deleting a Class file can the Header file for the class also be delete? If this isn't desired, no worries.

Fixed in SVN. Test it please and confirm it's fixed.

Whenever attempting to remove a single file from a ProjectCenter project the following exception is raised:
"NSInvalidArgumentException: Tried to add nil key to dictionary"

Method used:
Select file; "Project"->"Remove Files"
