Note: however, this is already supported by the proc serveur. We need to somehow get the p_child_rusage field of struct proc (there is no mig interface for this yet)

This is because GNU mach doesn't provide the stime/utime for children, see implementation of times() in glibc, sysdeps/mach/hurd/times.c:

/* XXX This can't be implemented until getrusage(RUSAGE_CHILDREN) can be. */
tms->tms_cutime = tms->tms_cstime = 0;
