Unfortunatly I cant enclose a screenshot because when it happens this problem maybe the PC is idle than can't keep in memory the image screenshot.
I can describe just by words: when i try close the software, the board disappears and becomes gray; the windows software remains open and completely idle; to close it completely I have to use ctrl alt del and forcing it.

I haven't heard about this before, except when trying to close the window in a minimized state. Could you describe the bug a bit more.
