We should already have a SIZET_FMT macro for this, so either
SIZET_FMT isn't used for your cases, or it is not correctly
defined (which is possible given last bug item you submitted).

The definition of size_t varies by platform, so the build system needs to determine what the appropriate definition is, and the calls need to be modified if required.

This can be observed (for instance) on lady (MacOS X 10.4.8, PowerPC).
