Terminal is not a part of GNUstep, it is an application which
uses GNUstep, bug reports for it should go to the backbone project
which Terminal is a part of.

http://backbone.nongnu.org/

Furthermore,

Terminal does not install into /usr/bin,
I'm assuming you are using debian packages which have been modified to install into /usr/bin.

so this probably belongs in the debian bug reporter

When attempting to install Terminal.app with GNUstep on a system using Xfce 4.4 the installation fails due to both wanting to use the location /usr/bin/Terminal.
