Ok, I committed two patches:
- a general one which allows negative scaling values in AS
- a AGG related one which gets stroke outlines right when scale < 0
The original bug must have been fixed elsewhere, already.
Please test.

Current CVS HEAD seems to have this bug fixed (I always see the characters), however:
- the outline width changes when characters flip
- a testcase flipping characters using ActionScript leads to incorrect behaviour. The renderer gets scaling value zero instead of -1
- Bruno must flip it's characters in some different way...

When Bozzetto flips a character horizontally in Neuro, outlines are not drawn and only fills remain (probably that horrid left/right fill drawing clockwise/anticlockwise things). However opengl and cairo get it right.
