There are two problems with the code:
1) It doesn't actually make Gnash open the file.
2) It requires GTK >= 2.4, and we want to preserve compatibility
with GTK 2.2 for embedded, old and thin systems.

I've commented the code out for now, because it doesn't do anything yet.
