Hopefully I fixed that in svn trunk.
You can map the key using the user defaults system ...
The names of the X-windows key symbols used can be specified in the GSFirstHelpKey and GSSecondHelpKey user defaults. They should be 'Help' and 'Super_L' respectively, by default.
NB. a bug in the current stable release of gnustep-back means that the second help key is defined by GSSecondAlternateKey rather than GSSecondhelpkey as it should be.

The new help key in gui-0.12 (as recently as svn rev 24191) writes a blank (invisible?) character into any actively editing text. I've checked this out with Ink.app and a few others.

My system: Suse 10.1 on Parallels virtual machine over OSX.

The help key maps to left-apple on my keyboard. I discovered this rather accidentally when it replaced some selected text with a blank. Is there a nice way of changing the mapping, say with user defaults?

To whomever is implementing the help system: Thank you!
