Unable to reproduce. I suspect this is a linking or library issue of some kind.

Please reopen, if you're still having this issue.

I just did a totally clean build on my system from the ground up.

I built base, gui and back (art) using debug mode and built Gorm in non-debug and installed.

Please see the attached jpg. Please let me know, if there is any difference with the way you are building. Are you building non-debug for base, gui and back?

I'm using gcc 4.1.0. What version of the compiler are you using? Also, are you sure that you installed Gorm after compiling. Gorm has two separate libraries: libGorm and libGormCore, both of which must be installed before the application can run properly.

Also, you may need to do make_services, if you are invoking it from the command line using "open -a Gorm".

Thanks, GJC

I compile it both debug and normal every day, so I'm surprised you're seeing a problem.

I'll check it out. Also, your original not says, this "has been happening for some time." It would be good, in the future, if things like this were written up immediately rather than waiting.

I'll build it non-debug on a couple of my machines here and let you know what I find.

Thanks, GJC

Yes, my GUI is from SVN. Things works fine if GORM is compiled with
debug.

This have been happening for some time now, but no windows would open up when compiled with debug off in the svn version.

Thanks.
