This probably should be /home.php, etc. because if you change it, you can log in and then everything else is broken.
Maybe this has something to do with the environment setup?

Occurences of /login.php and /home.php breaks stuff.
Should be something like PHPGW_SERVER_ROOT/login.php
or ./login.php
Same thing with /home
