The attached Benchmark.exe doesn't cause an exception with current cvs so the bug is closed.

i've just tried thie with the current cvs version and i don't get this exception.

Can you verify if this bug is fixed ?

I am getting a crash on the attached code when compiled with MS csc. The error does not occur with cscc or mcs. Also, the error is somewhat fragile in that inserting or removing (commenting out) certain lines unexpectedly removes the crash. See the attachments for more specifics.

The error output I get is
