TeXmacs 1.0.6.5 doesn't exhibit this behaviour anymore, but I can't find how to close that bug in this interface, nor change the "fixed release" field, nor anything of the sort.

The document tree:

(unfolded "muspi" (lemma "ipsum"))

is rendered indented, while neither
(unfolded "muspi" "ipsum")
nor
(lemma "ipsum")
is.
