Confirmed. I tested this and it works fine now. Thanks!

GWorkspace was using only the application name ([[name lastPathComponent] stringByDeletingPathExtension]) to launch the application.
But this can't work for a new installed app because NSWorkspace, in -fullPathForApplication:, uses its applications cache to find the path and the cache is created by running make_services.

Steps to recreate:

1) build an app, and install it.
2) Go to the directory where it's installed.
3) Attempt to start it with GWorkspace by double clicking

RESULT: App doesn't start
EXPECTED: App should start

Workaround: Run make_services, stop and start GWorkspace.
