This wasn't caught dur to a more subtle bug: if you built outside of the source directory build.sh wasn't being created at all. Because of this, the normal checks that distclean works properly weren't catching the fact that build.sh was left behind.

If fixed both of these problems.

Running a 'make distclean' does not remove build.sh. At least this is what I would expect 'make distclean' to do. I have tested this on Linux and AIX.
