bug #16060: store the backup files in a separate directory

Fri 10 Mar 2006 07:19:19 PM UTC, original submission:   For every file.tm, texmacs creates a backup file called file.tm~ . The default configuration is that file.tm~ is stored in the same directory as that of file.tm .  It would be nice to have an option using which all the *~ files will be stored in a separate prespecified directory. thanks raju	Kamaraju Kusumanchi <kamaraju>
