The problem is fixed by patch artifact #1523
That patch originated from a slightly different bug,
(artifact #9748).

It seems, it exist a problem in construct_command_argv (job.c), while generating of batch files with the extension '.sh' and '.bat'. The temp file name is generated with the function tempnam(). Later, the name is used with the extension '.sh' or '.bat'. Such a file may exist, because the name was generated without the extension. The fopen command does fail, if the file exists. It doesn't exist a check, if the fopen command returns a valid result.
