I set the option "Forbid more than five checkers on a point".

If there is a double dice (only then), gnubg forbids moving a checker to a point with four or less checkers if there have already been five checkers on this point before (within the current turn).

This move should be possible, and it IS possible if there is no double dice.

See the saved position file:

double.sgf - dice 22: cannot move 11/9 after 9/7, nor after 9/7(2) nor 9/7(3)

same position, but dice 23: can move 11/9 after 9/6 (becomes "11/6" in gnubg). Note, this final "11/6" cannot be made of 11/8 and 8/6 since point 8 is owned by the opponent, so it's really 9/6 + 11/9.
