The default mail sender in Edwin's sendmail.scm, SENDMAIL-SEND-IT, will
output dates in the wrong format to specified FCC files, if they are
supplied. WRITE-FCC-MESSAGES uses UNIVERSAL-TIME->STRING to generate
the output, but it should use UNIVERSAL-TIME->GLOBAL-CTIME-STRING or
UNIVERSAL-TIME->LOCAL-CTIME-STRING instead. IMAIL and some IMAP
servers get confused trying to read entries in mailboxes with the
headers generated using UNIVERSAL-TIME->STRING.

Also, on less significant notes: no 'Date:' field is included when
Edwin writes the FCC mailbox entry, it uses only the current user name
and not the full address (in the sense of USER-MAIL-ADDRESS), and it
emits an extraneous newline at the beginning if it is creating the
mailbox, which confuses IMAIL, because the detector for the file's
prefix (CHECK-FILE-PREFIX, used in imail-umail.scm by the Unix mail
folder type) does not skip any leading whitespace.
