Yes, clicking on "Dinamic labels" option did fix it. I think the problem was because I had it unchecked and then while i was in the middle of the game,i checked it and saved the changes, while i was running a game. It somehow confused GNU. It works fine now.

-Thanks

Please note that there is an option "Dynamic labels" in Settings\Appearance\General. If the box is checked, gnubg does indeed change the numbers on the board according to whose turn it is, so that the moves are always numbered 12/5, never 5/12.

Isn't the problem only with this option? If you uncheck the box, it might solve your problem. Or, is there another problem with the moves?

I noticed something else as well. When GNU analyses the game, somehow it changes the numbers on the board, according to whose turn it is!!! When it is my roll for example, my 2 last checkers are on position 1, while when it is the opponent's turn, GNU says that my last pieces are lokated at position 24 and the opponents are in position 1. I think that is why i get those weird results and invalid moves in the analysis.

When I analyse my game with GNU, it shows as best moves and second best moves(and third ones sometimes) moves that are invalid. It would say for example best move would be to move 19 to 12, but there are no pieces at the 19 spot.
