Turns out this was caused by a bug in the probiz tpl set. All of the folders js was being included regardless of it is needed or not.

Fixed in stable CVS, update from the stable branch to get the latest fixes including this one

I'm pretty sure this happens on every page. Just login via IE and resize to see.

Also happens on maximize since that calls the resize event.
