InfoLog filtering options don't show if the a user can access more than his own items.

Example:

Login as user A. Grant access to read infolog to user B
Create infolog item for user A.

Login as user B. Open infolog. There is no dropdown for "own open", etc.

Login as user A. Remove access to read infolog to user B

Login as user B. Open infolog. There is now a dropdown for "own open", etc.
