First, thanks to everyone for your excellent work on this brilliant product! I love GNUBG and consider it by far the best AI player out there.

The bug: With expert evaluation applied, GNUBG will sometimes make some obviously wrong doubling decisions. The worst example of this I have seen is in the screenshot enclosed. GNUBG was winning a 5-point game by 1-0, and I had previously doubled it. A roll of double 3, 4, 5 or 6 would have won it a gammon and therefore 4 points and the game (i.e. 1 in 9 probability), but it decided to double me instead and allow me to drop.

With the analysis set to grandmaster level, GNUBG continues to believe that the right move was to redouble. In fact it ranks the W(g) chances at 0.000. But it's clear that since there was in fact a better than 0.1 chance of a gammon, GNUBG was in a "too good to double" position.
