Can you please compile with

./configure --enable-debug
make

run texmacs.bin from within gdb,
and send me the result of "bt" after the crash?

TeXmacs-1.0.5.6-1 krashes with the message
[3] Segmentation fault texmacs
when I close a buffer via the menu (File->Close buffer) or by closing the window by clicking on the X in upper right corner of the window. This has not happended before (e.g. with TeXmacs-1.0.5.4-1).

I am using SuSE Linux 9.2 Professional on a Dell Optiplex GX 280 computer.
