Apparently fixed by recent commit by RFM. Thanks. GJC

Tried on a laptop running and older version of SuSE and using gcc 3.4.2, instead of 3.4.3. It seems to work there just fine.

Got it working, but the only difference between my code and the baseline is:

This seems to imply that the problem is the change from the categories being on Object vs. NSObject. Which is odd. Still investigating. GJC

Backed up to yesterday's build using:

cvs update -dPCA -Dyesterday

in base and it works fine (today is Sat Jun 18 09:16:48 EDT 2005). GJC

After updating this morning I have tried to start several applications. Each one as locked up completely while polling for a connection to GDNC.

I suspect that this is due to recent changes as this was working properly prior to this update. More information to follow.
