It would have been there is setup/config ... in the linear process after creating your header. The main thning is that you found it know and it is fixed.

Thank you for your reply. That was indeed the issue.

Although I don't recall a form field for this setting during the initial set up.

Is it just a normal step in the process of installing phpGroupWare to have to edit this in this in the config, or is there some way to do it during the initial install?

Hi None,

This looks like a config problem. Can you please try the following:

1 point your browser to http://www.myserver.com/phpgroupware/setup.

2 Login to Setyp/Config

3. Select Edit Configuration

4. Check the third item, "Enter the location of phpGroupWare's URL."
* What value is there? You have 2 options:
- relative path (ie /phpgroupware)
- full path (ie http://www.myserver.com/phpgroupware OR https://www.myserver.com/phpgroupware)
- NOTE: No trailing slash

Please check this and let me know how you go.

Cheers

Here is the error I am getting:
1. login.php generates a log in form with an incorrect file path in the action attribute of the form element: action="/login.php"
This sends the form submission to the root dir of the web server. It should be: action="login.php".

What I tried to do to work around this is to load login.php so I can just save the html that is generated for the form.

When I tried it that way, but with the corrected path, the script just hangs.

This problem occurs on RH 7.2, 7.3, winME, win98 all running php 4.2.3, Apache, MySQL.
