Here is my 2c ... this seems to be a problem with how the ORDER BY part of the SQL statement is constructed. I played with it, and short of using usort() I can't see how this can be fixed.

The parent-child display of these projets is wrong (see attached sql file)

They show as :

Une chose que moi j'ai a faire
test
Un autre en dessous de "Une chose"...
en dessous de test
L'accès est écrit avec un accent
Direct sous l'acces

When they should display as :

Une chose que moi j'ai a faire
test
en dessous de test
Un autre en dessous de "Une chose"...
L'accès est écrit avec un accent
Direct sous l'acces

Item "en dessous de test" is shown at the right identation level but not below the right parent

I didn't have time to check the code to see what could be wrong
