Are you sure, that you use the matching free operation to each alloc you have? That is free() for standard C alloc and objc_free for objc_alloc?
If you are sure about this, you should supply some sample code to reproduce the problem.

I changed the Category as I would expect this to be independend of the Windows backend and rather a problem of the ObjC runtime.

On Windows, I am trying to do a program with conventional C allocation, and objective C allocation.

What I found, was calls to free() were causing the system to crash. I worked around it by changing to objc_free.

But now I get the following message.

Is there any way for conventional and Objective memory allocation to work together in harmony?
