Thanks for the report!
This should be fixed in the upcoming coreutils-4.5.4.

I noticed also strange (done before computation?) approximations.

[moa@nibelungen moa]$ df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda5 9.6G 2.0G 7.2G 22% /
/dev/hda6 23G 1.8G 20G 9% /home
/dev/hda7 393M 376M 0 100% /mnt/rescue
/dev/hda3 2.0G 1.7G 340M 84% /mnt/suxor
none 125M 0 125M 0% /dev/shm

For hda5:
9.6 - 2.0 = 7.6 and not 7.2G

Another example, with subversions.gnu.org
[~]# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1 3.9G 1.1G 2.7G 28% /
/dev/hda2 9.8G 5.6G 3.7G 60% /usr
/dev/hda3 2.0G 1004M 916M 53% /var
/dev/hda6 11G 2.8G 7.8G 27% /home
/dev/hdb3 24G 2.3G 20G 10% /audio-video
/dev/hdc1 9.8G 4.2G 5.2G 45% /cvsroot

For hda2:
3.7 + 5.6 = 9.3 and not 9.8

In the two case, it's df 4.1

> Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
> /dev/hda2 3.9G 1.9G 1.8G 50% /usr
> /dev/hda2 4127108 1936064 1981396 50% /usr
>
> According to df
> 1936064 = 1.9Gb
> 1981396 = 1.8Gb
