SPSS 14 has some additional new functions that we do not yet implement.

Most of these functions are now implemented.
Leaving this bug open as a reminder to implement those
remaining.

Implement the missing functions to be used in COMPUTE.
This should be straightforward now we're using libgsl.

See attached list of unimplemented functions.
