The problem with the 0.9.14.002 release has now been corrected. It slipped through our QA process. Please grab a new copy of the release from http://phpgroupware.org/downloads

I too create header.inc save it and continue but it keeps bringing me back to createheader page and says I need to update header, if I go to log in it tells me:
You need to port your settings to the new header.inc.php version.:

But it is created, its looping me back , i installed fresh 9.14.002

After generation the headers.inc, when I try to install the applications I get the login page.
Any ideas?
