Enabling the gv scrollbar code solves this bug.

The fix of a typo on configure.ac provides the scrollbar code by default.

So this bug is fixed.

3) *** wrong behaviour of the scrollbar *** SERIOUS BUG ***
- open with src/gv doc/gv.ps at -scale -4: the manual has 32 pages;
in the page list at the left are shown 1, 2, -1, -2 and 1 to 10; the
scroll-bar cursor on the left of these page numbers is quite small
and fills the widget until the middle of the (first) 2.
- left-click in the widget, in the free zone under the scroll-bar
- the pages listed are now 11 to 24, AND THE SCROLL-BAR FILLS COMPLETELY
all the widget.
- if you click again on the scroll-bar and drag it upwards, the initial
page numbers (1 to 10) are shown; the scroll-bar is unchanged and
can't be drag anymore, nor downwards nor upwards.
- left-clicking on the widget's upper arrow restores the correct
scroll-bar appearance.
- left-clicking now on the widget's lower arrow RESTORES THE WRONG
SCROLL-BAR.
- gv 3.5.8 behaves correctly.
