Creating a simple makefile including the framework makefile, setting up your source and header files, as well as specifying an alternate header files directory, ie:

MyFramework_HEADER_FILES_DIR = ../Headers/MyFramework

(all headers reside in said directory); running 'make' inside the source directory, results in a:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `FirstHeader.h', needed by `MyFramework.framework/Versions/1.0.0/Headers/FirstHeader.h'. Stop.

If I create a symbolic link in the source dir to the headers, it properly copies the files, but this should not be required (infact with large source trees it gets quite ugly).
