Thanks for the bug report. I see there are several other problems connected to the locale settings. I'll look into it.

When analysing a match and then looking at match statistics.
Results do not make sense using #,dollar signs and , etc.

If you go to start-control panel-settings for region & language-regional settings-customize and change the first
decimal sign from "," to "." then this fixes the unreadable
analysis problem
