Seems to work for me ?.

When starting with CenterScreen.

{X=509,Y=357} (Center Screen)
{X=511,Y=362} (Form's Center)

Finally got around to working a test case for this. I'm unable to duplicate this bug. What version of libpnet are you using? Is it compiled, or packaged? What compiler options are used to build your test case?

This is more than likely related to #9881.

Setting the property StartPosition to CenterScreen e.g. of a Form does not show the form on the center of the screen.
