We should extend the patient identification process at admission.

These will be the new features :

- Take into account those patients that have no ID at the moment of admission (that many times happens in emergencies).

- Have additional ID methods, other than the SSN. So for foreign patients, passport...

So, in addition to the main (local) SSN , the patient will have a O2M with a list and types of IDs.
