Hello,

I am closing this submission (and related 'bash-*' projects) due to inactivity
(see https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?13965 ).

You will still be able to register the project again once
you have the time to deal with the registration issues.

regards,
 - assaf

Registration Details

  • Name: bash-core-extmods
  • System Name:  bcextmods
  • Type: non-GNU software and documentation
  • License: Other (Artistic-License-2.0 + Forced-Fairplay-Constraints

- ArtisticLicense-2.0 - for base license
- licenses-amendments.txt - Forced-Fairplay-Constraints)

Description:

Loadables as custom bash builtin extensions.

These provides for various applications. First they provide for the supported platforms a faster alternative for of the features from the other packages of the bash-core group. Second some specific analsis and access to bash parameters are provided, which is not available by the standard bash syntax.

Other Software Required:

bash >=4.4, see #108903 and #108904,
additional GNU-packages

Other Comments:

Forced-Fairplay-Constraints: The complete text is contained in the software package. They basically reject the base-license completely in case of unfair-competition and/or fraud.

This is due to my personal racking financial experience caused by the vast fraud and cheeting after I introduced the Multi-Vendor Cloud management platform UnifiedSessionsManager based on the GPL-3 license - https://sourceforge.net/projects/ctys/.

So the license is and remains in case of fairplay open source, else is completely withdrawn for all the persons being part and/or related to the issue.

Thus the savannah.gnu.org is still one of the right places to live for it.

The contents are following soon.
